Bookings
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your session date. This deposit is put towards your session and can be received by an online invoice. The remaining balance is due the day of your session. All session fees are subject to added tax. All sessions require a non refundable deposit. Deposit can be transferred to a different date and time within 6 months of the original booked date IF booking is canceled two weeks in advance to allow PBK to fill your session spot, if session is canceled after the 2 week mark, client forfeits deposit. If session is canceled after the 48 hour window this could result in a cancellation fee. 

Locations
PBK shoots in the DFW area up to 20 miles from the office in Arlington, TX. Anything further might subject to a travel fee. 

Location is decided between the Client and Kylee 1-2 weeks out unless client requests studio which is an additional fee of $75 per hour. Kylee takes in all considerations on the clients hopes and dreams for the look they are hoping to receive and will send location options that suit that! **If you are booking a Mini Session, locations for minis are determined by PBK. Please understand locations for minis can change at anytime. There is no travel fee with a PBK Mini Session. 

 

 

 

*COPYRIGHT POLICY*

Photography By Kylee retains all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of this portrait session. Photography By Kylee reserves the right to use any picture in both print and digital form for business promotion. Images may not be reproduced for any reason without the express written consent of Kylee Bowen. Photography By Kylee takes copyright very seriously. Duplication and publication could result in contacting the proper authorities. All sessions purchased with PBK come with a print release. Client only receives printing rights. Not under any circumstances does the client receive copy rights. This is included with all social media sharing. You are welcome to share your images as they are. Absolutely NO FILTERS or EDITING is allowed on a produced image by PBK. If for whatever reason PBK sees this, a termination of gallery will take place and client will receive no refund. This is illegal and can be used in a court of law. Kylee Bowen appreciates your business and is over-joyed you chose her as your photographer for your special occasion!

 

*RETURN POLICY*

Our goal at Photography By Kylee is to have complete satisfaction with your purchase. In the case of camera failure, bad weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Photography By Kylee from shooting on a scheduled date, the client will get a full refund of their deposit, if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the session on the day and time the booking was made.

 

Photography By Kylee gives the client the option to have your images digitally sent for download or by a purchased USB. If the client decides to have the images sent by USB Photography By Kylee has 10-12 business days for the purchased images to be delivered. Please understand Photography By Kylee does not control the US mail, so if a mishap with your purchased product is longer than the 10-12 business days, Photography By Kylee will send images via online gallery for digital download and will not send another product in the mail unless the client purchases another USB. This also goes for all PBK prints and products. Tracking is provided with all purchased items. Photography By Kylee also allows all clients to pick up products at the PBK studio. PBK does not guarantee and is not responsible for any prints or products not ordered directly. This includes discoloring, graininess, and low resolution of images or products. If you choose to use your own printing lab please make sure they have the best equipment necessary to be able to process your high resolution photos. For best results please order from a qualified lab or through PBK. 

 

Due to the nature of digital photography, once the images have been sent to the client in the form discussed, they cannot be returned. Photography By Kylee carries a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client had the session and images were received), it is then considered non-refundable. Photography By Kylee considers all clients photographs as art, therefore, Kylee chooses the images from the clients session to be edited and enhanced. If the client is unhappy about the images chosen additional images can be purchased. Please know, Photography By Kylee guarantees to deliver the best poses to each and every client, wants all clients to be pleased with their session and that the photos meet the highest standards in every aspect. Refunds will not be given due to not liking a photo or if the client is unpleased with personal appearance. Photography By Kylee will offer a reshoot session with a discount on any PBK package of 10% off. You can not receive any form of refund or a reshoot session on special promotions including mini sessions or discounts run by Photography By Kylee. 

 

*CRYOUT POLICY*

Photography By Kylee understands that when children get in front of the camera it can be scary. If a client's child refuses to take photos or cries during the session Photography By Kylee will reschedule the client for a new day and time. There will be no refund on the deposit (if applicable) and half of session cost will be due at the time of the session. The other half of the session cost will be due at rescheduled date. When booking an appointment with Photography By Kylee, you book a time frame. Photography By Kylee reserves all rights to leave when the session is supposed to be over and is not responsible for unhappy children. Photography By Kylee will not stay longer than the purchased time to try and get more images of the clients child.  

 

*SAFETY POLICY*

Photography By Kylee reserves the right to terminate coverage of any portrait session, and leave the location of the photo session if the photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s) at the session. In such circumstances, the session fee will still be due and any deposits paid will be non-refundable.
